Financial Ratio that has an Effect on Price Value Company Stock

Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to analyze and examine wheter Financial Ratio haveany effect on the stock price for the company in basic industry and chemicals sectorthat listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) within 2016-2019. The sample ofthis research is using purposive sampling method. Variable independent in thisresearch are Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), Debt to Equity(DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS). then with StockPrice as Variable Dependent. the test or the analyze method is using Eviews 10.The result of the test showed that Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover(TAT) doesnt had any effect on the company stock price. Meanwhile Debt to Equity(DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS) had an effect on thecompany stock price.
