Abstract
Religious leadership has become an increasingly important topic in organizational management, particularly in faith-based organizations seeking to foster values-driven organizational cultures. This study aims to explore the implementation of Buddhist spiritual leadership based on the Buddhayna Perspective within the Indonesian Buddhayna Council (Majelis Buddhayna Indonesia) in Lampung Province. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants, participant observations, and document analysis involving organizational leaders and members. The findings reveal that Buddhist spiritual leadership is manifested through moral exemplarity, wisdom-based decision-making, compassionate service, mindfulness, and the application of Buddhayna values emphasizing unity in diversity. These practices contribute to organizational harmony, member commitment, institutional sustainability, and the strengthening of organizational culture. The study concludes that the implementation of the Buddhay?na Perspective provides a distinctive spiritual foundation for effective, ethical, and inclusive religious leadership, offering practical insights for strengthening leadership practices and sustainable organizational development in Buddhist religious organizations
