The objective of this study was to explore the relationships among fatigue, general health, coping and sleep disturbance together with mediating role of general health and moderating role of coping strategies i.e. Task, Emotion oriented &amp;Avoidance in night-shift call center workers. Correlation research design was adopted with sample (N=200) assessed from call centers of Lahore by applying purposive sampling strategy. Data was obtained by administering Multi-dimensional Fatigue Inventory, General Health Questionnaire-28, Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations-21, and Screening Questionnaire for Sleep Disturbance in Shift Workers. Data was analyzed by using Pearson product moment correlation, Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis and Hayes Process Regression analysis. Results of this study state that fatigue correlated positively with general health and sleep disturbance. General health, task-oriented, emotion-oriented and avoidance coping strategies also have positive relationship with sleep disturbance. General health seems to have full mediation effect on the relationship of fatigue and sleep disturbance. Task and emotion-oriented coping strategies appear as a moderator while avoidance coping strategy does not appear as a moderator between the relationship of fatigue and sleep disturbance. The project ranges from investment to infrastructure development in various sectors with an investment of $62 billion in Pakistan. However, the existential fact is that this project is not only restricted to economic growth and trade linkages. It has more strategic dimensions and arguably a strategic instrument in the hand of the Chinese to exponentially increase its influence from the South China Sea to the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea. It is, undoubtedly, rapidly changing the regional apparatus in general and South Asia in Particular. This change on one side is creating space for multiple opportunities not only for Pakistan but at the same time offering bounties to regional countries, but on the other hand security threats and asymmetrical propaganda is on the rise against the CPEC. The most significant aspect which is being neglected in this scenario is the ever-increasing activities of non-state actors which are operating surreptitiously in Pakistan as well as its neighborhood. The presence of ISIS, Baloch insurgency, and TTP are a potential threat and their close nexus and support from inside and outside the country have substantially been proofed. Thus, the current research is divided into two parts. The first part argues that the CPEC project is no doubt a security-oriented, geopolitically, and strategically driven endeavor but predominantly linked with economic growth and regional connectivity. A cross sectional research design was used to execute this study. It was hypothesized that an association would exist between psychological intimidation, work-family conflict and psychological well-being. It was further hypothesized that psychological intimidation and work family conflict would predict psychological well-being, and that work-family conflict would act as a moderator with psychological intimidation for psychological well-being. The sample consisted of bankers (n=300) from public and private banks of Lahore using non-probability purposive sampling technique. In addition to demographic information sheet, Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) (Einarsen et al., 2009), Inter-Role Conflict Scale (Kopelman, Greenhaus &amp; Connolly,1983) and General Wellbeing Scale (Dupuy, <a href="https://link.springer.com/referenceworkentry/10.1007%2F978-0-387-79948-3_1939#CR765">1978</a>) were used in the study. The Cronbach alpha of above scales was estimated to check the reliability. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation and hierarchal multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. Results revealed that Psychological Intimidation and Work-Family Conflict had a negative correlation with Psychological Well-Being along with working hours per week. Psychological intimidation, Work-family conflict and working hours per week were found to be negative predictors of Psychological Well-Being in bankers. Moreover, it was found that Work-Family Conflict acts as a moderator with Psychological Intimidation for Psychological Well-Being. Additionally, results were discussed in terms of their implications and theoretical significance. Profitability is measured by two of its proxy variables i.e. Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) while the independence of the study is examined through the mediums of Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITOR), Account Payable Turnover Ratio (APTOR), Account Receivable Turnover Ratio (ARTOR) and Operating Profit (O.P). The study occupies three liquidity ratios as well; consolidated as control variables, include Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR) and Solvency Ratio (SR) played as a catalyst and do not impact the genuine findings. The study targets the firms in the automobile sector which are listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and also being actively traded there. Thus, the study aims to highlight the impact of efficient working capital on profitability. The study also elaborates on the actual potential, demand and operational mechanism of automotive firms while assembling. Second, the study visualizes the opportunistic and enlisted current demand bidden by the resident customers to the automotive sector of Pakistan. The annual financial reports of automotive firms have been gathered for five years from (2016 - 2020). The comprised model has been tested through the multiple regression analysis via Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings of the study ascribed that Account Receivable Turnover Ratio (ARTOR), Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITOR) and Operating Profit (O.P) are statistically significant and positively related to Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) while Account Payable Turnover Ratio (APTOR) is statistically insignificant and inversely linked to Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). The empirical validity was searched and tested from the banking sector of Pakistan by collecting data through research questionnaires which evaluated that organizational justice; knowledge hiding, and self-monitoring are associated with one another. Non-probability sampling technique was used due to limitations in the generalizability of the hypothesis. The research questionnaires were distributed to 150 banking sector employees, while 124 employees responded. Results showed that organizational justice influences the knowledge hiding behavior in the organizations and self-monitoring moderates this relationship. It also aimed at examining the moderating role of job demand (time pressure) in the relationship of job resources and employee engagement. Data was collected from the employees of universities, including administrative employees and all academic employees (lecturer to professors). The findings exhibit that reward &amp; recognition affect turnover intention positively and significantly. It was also found by regression analysis that organizational support has a positive impact on employee engagement. Moreover, this study also found that time pressure has a moderating role in the relationship of reward &amp; recognition and employee engagement. Similarly, it was the findings of this study that negative moderation effect exists between the relationship of organizational support and employee engagement. Structural equation modeling of data collected from 440 nurses working in tertiary care public sector hospitals of Punjab (Pakistan) revealed that job engagement fully mediates the relationship between SR-HRM and OCB-I, OCB-O. Further, SR-HRM and job engagement are also directly related to both OCB-I and OCB-O. Pollutants produced from fossil fuel in the transport sector is measured using emission models and this paper offers a Bibliometric analysis of these models from 1990-2020 of previous literature supported with the content analysis done in two tiers; review of the most cited research work of last ten years and the evolving research themes from recently published articles of last five years. From Bibliometric analysis, we identified top authors, institutions and journals, co-occurrence analysis of keywords, and co-authorship countries. Content analysis revealed that emission models have evolved globally with modifications and integrations of new techniques, multi disciplinary variables combining emission, transport, air quality, dispersion, and environment models. The technological adaptations in models have also been carried out locally by some countries bringing transport emissions to inventory counting for global warming potential. A descriptive study was carried out and data was collected from Islamic books, previous research papers and different reports. Therefore exploratory review of previous literature was carried out. It is concluded that there is a number of cases regarding honor killing in Sindh and Punjab province due to strong tribal system and weak management in government system. A number of cases does not reported due to strong feudal system. On the other hand&nbsp; Holy Quran and Sharia don't allow to murder somebody for the sake of honor nor empowers for doing as such. So there are number of cases reported regarding domestic violance on daily bases<strong>.</strong> In Pakistan domestic violance includes beating, killing, abduct, assault, actual attack and acid throwing. In Pakistan there is one significant reason behind this brutality is the poverty in our culture and this culture is mostly controlled by men. The objective of this study was to find out the status of women in Balochistan and highlighted the issues of parda, education, marriage and domestic life. The results showed that Balochistani women have a position that differs from that of women living&nbsp;in Western countries in many ways. The organization of Balochistani society is based on gender. This creates inequities in a wide range of women's lives and causes girls to suffer greatly. In most underdeveloped countries, this has disastrous implications. Due to a lack of parity in giving education to girls, Balochistan faces negative implications in terms of health, poverty, and reproduction concerns. Several factors influence women's status in Balochistani society. It was concluded that women are, in generally, a marginalized group in society, particularly in rural Baluchistan. This study has taken four full Islamic banks and four SAB banks, who provide their services for musharakah financing. The data set for all eight banks has been extracted from annual reports of these banks, started from 2011 to 2018 and used univariate analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Meezan bank leads in running musharakah investment portfolio from both Islamic banks and SAB of conventional banks with four hundreds and seventy two (472.45) billions rupees in total and (86.34%) percent growth in Running Musharakah portfolio annually. Whereas, bank Al-Falah leads in running musharakah investment from SAB with twenty five (25.353) billions rupees.
