Retirement Planning Behaviour in Southeast Asia Countries : A Meta-Analysis
Main Article Content
Abstract
Generally, there are many factors that influence retirement planning behaviour, such as saving habits, financial knowledge, and health perceptions. The biggest issue that has to be addressed is a lack of awareness in planning for retirement. Furthermore, healthcare costs rise year by year around the globe, hence putting pressure on retirees who do not have enough money to cover their healthcare bills. This research presents a meta-analysis of retirement planning behaviour in Southeast Asian countries, emphasizing proposed formulated questions by analyzing 20 peer-reviewed journals in a related field. Thus, we aim to raise understanding and acceptance of meta-analysis and encourage its future application in finance.
