Design and Development of Android-Based E-Modul Application to Improve Prosocial Early Children by Family

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low prosocial behavior of children, both at home and in public facilities, this information was obtained based on observations and interviews with several parents. This is thought to be due to the lack of parental participation in the prosocial development of their children, due to their limited understanding. This research generally aims to create an "Android-based E-Modul" in an effort to increase prosocial early childhood by the family, in addition to being easier and more practical to use, it can also reach a wider target. This type of research is development research. The purpose of this study is to design an Android-based E-Modul application in improving the prosocial behavior of early childhood in the family. This study uses the ADDIE Model development method, uses a survey method for application validity and has been validated by several experts. The results of this study indicate that the validation test of the Android-based E-Modul application is included in the valid category. So, it can be concluded that the Android-based E-Modul application in increasing prosocial early childhood by the family has been valid and this application can be used by the community in the city of Padang.
