The three components of CRM in this study are customer knowledge, customer orientation, and technology capability. A structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was used to gather the data by conducting a survey. The sample size is 200 and chosen on a convenient basis. Indicators were generated based on the literature review. Data were analyzed by using PLS 3.0 software. The key finding is that customer loyalty is negatively impacted by the CRM component, customer knowledge. On the other hand, the impacts of customer orientation and technology capability on customer loyalty have been found to be significant and profound. This study adds to the existing pool of knowledge on CRM components and customer loyalty from the perspective of the Bangladesh banking sector. The findings may facilitate bank officials and can be used as a strategic instrument for cultivating customer loyalty in the Bangladesh context.</p> 2020-07-06T00:42:17+00:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Journal of Management Info Understanding the Parental Challenges in Raising Autism Children 2020-07-05T02:06:39+00:00 Naziah Binti Abd Kadir <p><em>Throughout the world, many children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There are many challenges parents face in raising these special children. It includes the educational, financial, social and mental aspects of the parents themselves. Even parents with autism children are said to suffer more stress than parents with normal children or other disabilities. This article is intended to gain a better understanding of the major challenges parents face in autism children. Based on the reading and observation, parents found that children with autism had their own challenges in raising their children. They need the support and concern of all parties to stay strong for their children. At the end of this article is the hope that the parental voice can be addressed. Also, this service can inspire parties </em><em>such as</em><em> government departments, </em><em>NGO’s</em><em> and the rest of the community to come up with a program or support plan that can help parents and children with autism. It has been acknowledged as an essential path for business success. While firms recognize the importance of knowledge acquisition to enhance business performance, previous literature indicates that SME’s are limited in knowledge acquisition efforts corroborated by the limited research in knowledge sources. For SMEs, knowledge acquisition can be identified as a vital variable as its absence may often hamper the leverage of attaining firm objectives. The frugality of research in discussing the antecedent factors in knowledge acquisition unequivocally, in the Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises is the motivation for the present study. Based on previous studies the study develops a conceptual framework to suggest a relationship between knowledge acquisition and four antecedent factors (domestic knowledge, market knowledge, technological knowledge, and environmental knowledge). Naim Hossain <p><em>Academic and business interest in sustainability and green practice has grown up considerably in recent years. Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation are the two most researched issues in the SME sector. Instead, the business has proven a direct and indirect effect on our mother nature, which is not in favour of the environment. Even the SME sector and environmental issues are very closely related to upcoming challenges and opportunities for Bangladesh. So depending on previous studies, this paper presented a way of the better environmental performance of the SME sector that is positively influenced by green entrepreneurial orientation. Side of that, this paper also focused on the mediating effect of green market orientation. The main purpose of this paper can divide into two categories. One is a details literature view on the topics, and another is a conceptual framework for this research field. This study provides insights and suggestions from previous researches for government and a related organization, including business firms of the SME sector. The study also covers the significant outlines and reviews in this field. This helps in improvement of productivity, efficiency, cost reduction by improving the methods and minimizing waste materials. This study aims at identifying the basis pillars in RMG industry through application of TQM principles. RMG is the highest productive industrial sector in Bangladesh economy and improvement in the product quality will have direct effect on the economic stability. Tools such as flow charts, Pareto charts, Check sheets, Cause &amp; Effect diagrams, Histograms and scatter diagrams are utilized from variety of industries in Banglaesh to analyse the data collected. The outcome shows that the process has helped in elimination and reduction in waste scrap materials. This has also help reducing the costs and enable the organization to enhance the utilization of available resources without further investment.</em></p> 2020-07-05T01:44:11+00:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Journal of Management Info Administrative Supervisors’ Rating of Desktop Publishing Competencies Possessed by Office Technology and Management Graduate Workers in North-West Nigeria Polytechnics 2020-07-05T02:06:39+00:00 Ado Garba Gude <p><em>This study on supervisors’ rating of Office Technology and Management (OTM) graduate workers competencies in using MS Desktop publishing in North-West Nigerian polytechnics was necessitated by persistent complaints from employers of labour that OTM graduate workers do not perform as expected in the current era of technology.&nbsp; One research question guided the study, and two null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance using T-test.&nbsp; Descriptive survey research design was used for the study.&nbsp; The population of the study constituted 378 supervisors in state and federal polytechnics in North-West Nigeria.&nbsp; The population was used as the sample. A structured 5-point rating scale questionnaire containing 16 items were developed and validated by experts. Reliability of the instrument was established using split half method and Pearson Product Moment Co-efficient Correlation formula and obtained a reliability co-efficient value of 0.77. The data collected was analysed with mean and standard deviation to answer the research questions and determine homogeneity or otherwise of the respondents. Findings revealed that administrative supervisors in polytechnics in North-West Nigeria rated their Office Technology and Management (OTM) graduate workers as fairly possessing desktop publishing competencies. Gender and the ownership of the institutions have no influence on the respondents’ ratings.&nbsp; Based on the findings, it was concluded that OTM graduate workers in Polytechnics in North-West Nigeria, do not possess the relevant desktop publishing competencies. It was recommended that The OTM graduate workers should engage in in-service training programmes to improve their competencies in desktop publishing.
