To accomplish the purpose of the study 100 questionnaires were sent to 5 well known educational institutions of city Faisalabad, Pakistan. The result from the study indicates that symbolic varations are there in level of self-esteem between permamnant and visiting faculty members of the private colleges. This study also shown that the permamant faculty members have high self-esteem as compared to visiting faculty members. In the educational settings, the role of emotional intelligence is the most discussed and researched extensively in the realm of organizational behavior. Researchers have also argued the importance of emotional intelligence in academics. Moreover, little empirical research has been carried out to test the relationship among emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, specifically the teachers of the universities of Pakistan. This study aimed not merely to ascertain empirical evidence to observe the relationship among EI, JS and OC in academics context, but also to recognize its theoretical and useful implications in the context of universities of Pakistan. The results of this study revealed that the correlation exists among job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and the components of organizational commitment: affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment. Hierarchical regression analysis was applied to test the hypothesis, results indicated that job satisfaction positively predicts affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment but emotional intelligence does not predicts affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment. This case study is a general review of the managerial and financial aspects of the bank. The leadership structure and board size are considered as a variable of management side and pre-tax profit and earnings per share are used as financial variables. Some figures extracted from the annual reports are provided as the evidence of what happened in the respective year. From year 2007 to 2016 leadership structure of national bank of Pakistan change from dual leadership structure to non-dual and again to dual. Also in the past decade the bank hits its financial height in 2016 but it also touches the bottom in 2013. This review concluded that the developing country like Pakistan needs to have a strong judicial and regulatory authority. Hence, this research aims to determine how the quality services that can be handled during the delivery process are carried out through the railway. As well as the study to determine the impact during the delivery process to customers to ensure that all the services provided meet customer demand during the delivery process. In addition, this study also identifies the proposed improvements in management aspects. Five dimensions in SERVQUAL are used as indicators to influence customer satisfaction. In this study, five SERVQUAL dimensions must have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction and to know which dimensions are most important and dominant based on this study. Estimated sample size is determined because the sample size selection in accordance with the required estimation required is an important consideration to be taken into account in this study. For this method, researchers have identified several factors that can be used in major variables and secondary variables. For this researcher, the main variables are for customer satisfaction and the second variable is the quality service for the transmission process.
